We provide on-site forklift truck training for businesses, including:

  • Practical training on forklifts and related equipment

  • Certification and compliance guidance

  • Flexible scheduling tailored to your business needs

We reserve the right to modify or update services at any time.

2. Booking and Payment

  • Bookings can be made via our website, email, or phone.

  • Payment is required according to the invoice issued.

  • We accept payments via [list accepted methods, e.g., card, bank transfer].

  • Failure to pay may result in cancellation of training sessions.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Clients must give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a training session.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a full training fee.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, such as trainer illness or severe weather.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide a safe training environment and suitable equipment for the training session.

  • Employees must follow all instructions provided by the trainer.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring participants meet any legal requirements to operate forklifts.

5. Liability

  • Training is provided to the best of our professional ability.

  • FLT 2 U is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of training beyond the scope of our services.

  • Clients are responsible for complying with all UK Health and Safety regulations.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All training materials, images, and content provided remain our intellectual property. They may not be reproduced, copied, or shared without our written permission.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of your data for training, invoicing, and communications purposes.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
